On a narrow-minded world filled with images of knitting grandmas with cats, who is left to take up sticks and string, and take pedigree cats to the show halls? It is I, Mychawd The Knitting SAMurai who doubles as a Devon Rex handler in the Cat Show ring. Ahhh c'mon, are you really still trying to take me seriously? Yes, my life is a little like the movie Dog Show…only with crazy cat people and knitters. It's nothing if not entertaining!

Need I say more?
It may not be a total mending fail, as there are two socks and it is possible that it's the other sock with a whole in the same place...

Time to show how good you are. Ravel everything back to healthy stitches and give the socks new toes. Or if they were knit from the toe up, grab the scissors, chop off the old, pick up/make some stitches and knit the other direction.

scissors? chopping off? re-knitting? ..... those words scare me when they are all in the same sentence :P
